What is Ziqara?
Ziqara is an AI-native enterprise knowledge management platform that combines intelligent chat, semantic search, and cloud storage in one secure environment. It helps companies organize, find, and interact with all their institutional knowledge instantly.
How is Ziqara different from ChatGPT or other AI chatbots?
Unlike generic AI chatbots, Ziqara is connected directly to your company's actual data—documents, Slack messages, Google Drive files, meeting transcripts, and more. It doesn't hallucinate or give generic answers; it provides responses backed by your real company knowledge with clickable sources.
Is my company data secure?
Yes. Ziqara uses enterprise-grade security including end-to-end encryption, team-level data isolation, role-based access controls, and database-level permission enforcement. HR files are completely inaccessible to Engineering teams, and deleted data is permanently removed within 30 days.
What integrations does Ziqara support?
Ziqara integrates with Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Jira, Confluence, and more. We're continuously adding new integrations based on customer requests.
How does team-level access control work?
Ziqara has three permission levels: Super Admins (full company access), Team Admins (team-specific control), and Team Members (limited access). Files uploaded to team spaces are only accessible to that team and super admins—completely isolated at the database level.
Does Ziqara work for remote teams?
Absolutely. Ziqara is cloud-based and accessible from anywhere. Remote teams use it to maintain shared knowledge, onboard new hires, and ensure everyone has instant access to company information regardless of location.
How does meeting transcription work?
Start a meeting session in Ziqara, select participants and access level (Everyone, My Team, Only Me, or Custom), and we handle the rest. Your meeting is transcribed, summarized, and automatically added to your knowledge base with proper permissions.
Can I search across all my company's tools at once?
Yes. Once you connect your integrations, Ziqara searches across Google Drive, Slack, Teams, Jira, local files, and more simultaneously. One search query, all your data.
What happens if I delete a file?
Deleted files are permanently removed from our database and cannot be recovered. There's no "hidden" storage—when you delete something, it's truly gone.
How much does Ziqara cost?
Pricing starts at $25/user/month for up to 50 users (Tier 1), $20/user/month for 50-500 users (Tier 2), and $15/user/month for 500+ users (Tier 3). Storage overages are $50 per 100GB.
Do you offer a free trial?

Does Ziqara train AI models on my company data?
No. We never use your company data to train AI models. Your data is only processed to provide you with intelligent search and chat functionality—it's never shared with third parties for training purposes.
